Polly's journey began as she started experiencing unwanted physical and mental symptoms in her early 40's, completely unaware of the perimenopause. She eventually started to match up all the dots and gained the knowledge she needed to re-find her sparkly self!
Since then, Polly has made it her mission to help other women during this transitional phase in life, so that they don't have to suffer like she did!
The perimenopause and menopause has seen a lot more presence in recent times, and I know many of the Beautifully Balanced listeners and class members are at this phase of their life. As well as for others, the term perimenopause might be new and unknown. Polly explains the meaning of the perimenopause and how this differs to the menopause.
As well as also diving into how someone might understand if they are experiencing the perimenopause, what possible signs might they be looking out for, along with the most common symptoms of the perimenopause.
