Based at The Gasworks Sudbury, this retreat is perfect for anyone in need of restoration, reflection, and a little extra joy, this special afternoon is all about letting go, reconnecting, and replenishing.

The Winter Warmer Yoga Retreat offers an afternoon of gentle, holistic practices to soothe the body, mind, and spirit. Here’s a peek at the experience curated for you:

What Awaits You:

    • Gentle Yoga: Sam will guide you through yoga to warm and gently energise the body, whilst easing tension and bringing you into the present and creating space for relaxation. 

    • Breathwork: Harness the power of your breath to gain a sense of radiance and warmth from within.

    • Reflection: Winter is a beautiful time for introspection. Take time for quiet reflection, allowing you to connect with your inner self and gain fresh perspective for the season ahead.

    • Massage: Pamper yourself with a soothing guided hand massage, focusing on enhancing circulation and relieving tension - afterall our hands do so much for us everyday!

    • Mindful Movement: This free-form movement practice encourages you to release stored tension and celebrate movement, helping you feel vibrant and refreshed.

    • Yoga Nidra: Lay down, get cosy and deeply rest - oh yes!

    • Refreshments: Delicious baked cakes and warming drinks.

    • Tranquil Setting: With many windows inside our yoga space, enjoy the serene countryside environment of our retreat location, providing the perfect backdrop for your relaxation journey. And if the weather is kind maybe we can get outside!

Having never tried Yoga Nidra I was curious as to what it was and found it very relaxing. I surprised myself at how into it I got.
