Based at the gorgeous Whistlewood Common off-grid eco site near Melbourne, where you can feel relaxed and close to nature and enjoy time with like minded people. Take some time to re-centre, slow down, ground and find your inner peace.

What Awaits You:

    • Gentle Yoga: Sam will guide you through calming and grounding yoga practices designed to release tension and promote relaxation, suitable for all levels.

    • Breathwork: Harness the power of your breath to achieve a deeper sense of calm and clarity.

    • Reflection: Take time out to reflect and let go of what you don't need, like the trees shed in Autumn.

    • Massage: Melt tension and let go of mental burdens with a guided pressure point face massage.

    • Intro to Embodied Dance: A joyful practice that encourages you to express yourself through intuitive movements and experience the pure joy of being fully present in your body.

    • Yoga Nidra: Lay down and deeply rest - oh yes!

    • Refreshments: Delicious baked cakes and refreshing drinks.

    • Tranquil Setting: Enjoy mindful time outside in the serene countryside environment of our retreat location, providing the perfect backdrop for your relaxation journey.

It was a beautiful setting, friendly and peaceful atmosphere. 

I particularly enjoyed the self facial massage, I have now incorporated bits of it into my morning  moisturiser routine. 

Having never tried Yoga Nidra I was curious as to what it was and found it very relaxing. I surprised myself at how into it I got.

I found the whole experience so peaceful and came out feeling so much better than before.
