A Personal Note From Me

Hi, I’m Sam, a menopause movement coach, experienced yoga teacher and Ayurvedic health coach.

​

I teach strength training, cardio and yoga for midlife in Hilton and Mickleover, using a whole-person approach informed by current midlife health science and nervous-system awareness.

​

After turning 40 and navigating two pregnancies, I became very aware of how little practical support there is for midlife bodies - from pelvic health and hormonal changes to the gradual loss of strength that can build over time.

​

I’m on a mission to support myself and others through this stage with movement that’s informed, compassionate and sustainable.

​

Beautifully Balanced exists because I don’t just want you to feel better today - I want you to feel strong, capable and well for years to come.

​

Every class I teach is part of my own journey too, and I’m truly honoured to walk this path with you.
